    What is the difference between General Admission and VIP tickets?

    While a General Admission ticket allows access to all stages, a VIP ticket grants attendees access to a separate, dedicated entrance and an exclusive VIP viewing area. The benefits of the VIP viewing area includes optimal views of the main stage, as well as access to premium bars, private bathrooms, and top-of-the-line food vendors.

    Can I change or cancel my ticket?

    You may cancel your ticket up to seven (7) business days following the initial purchase; tickets may NOT be cancelled within 48 hours prior to the event. After seven (7) business days, all sales are final. You cannot change/upgrade a ticket purchase; however, as long as you cancel within the seven-day grace period, you will be refunded and can then purchase your newly desired ticket.

    More information on the ticket cancellation policy can be found below:

    • If the customer wants to cancel their order, the amount paid for the ticket may be reimbursed, including discounting of service charges and delivery charges (if any) – as long as requested up to seven (7) business days after purchasing, and up to forty-eight (48) hours before the event.

    • The reimbursement will only be made by presenting the ticket in person at one of the listed points of purchase. After confirming its authenticity, a reimbursement solicitation will be made to the credit card company. The reimbursement in the credit card bill will follow each company’s bank regulations. It will be credited in the next bill or in the second one, according to the closing date. In the case of purchases carried out with debit cards or cash, the reimbursement will be deposited in a checking account requested by the customer within fifteen (15) business days.

    • If you do not receive your ticket, you may cancel the purchase by contacting Tudus’s call centers, taking into account the conditions stipulated above.

    • If the promoters cancel the event, the amount paid for the deliveries that were already carried out will not be reimbursed.

    Can I upgrade my ticket?

    You cannot change/upgrade a ticket purchase; however, as long as you cancel within the seven-day grace period, you will be refunded and can then purchase your newly desired ticket.

    Half priced tickets are only available to Brazilian citizens who fall under one of the following categories: (i) under the age of 21; (ii) a teacher; (iii) a student; (iv) over the age of 59; (v) the disabled.
